The Role

Our RevOps team align and optimize the processes, data, & technology across all commercial functions at AGR (Sales, Marketing, Partners & Customer Success).

This role is about enabling Sales and Marketing to work smarter, not harder — by ensuring their data, tools, and processes are solid, and by surfacing the insights that drive AGR’s growth.

On a typical day, you’ll work with tools like HubSpot, PowerBI, and Avoma to deliver actionable insights and create seamless workflows for Sales and Marketing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve Sales & Marketing reporting (e.g., MQL→SQL conversion, win rates, pipeline health).

  • Ensure data integrity in HubSpot, Avoma, and related systems.

  • Monitor & optimize sales processes, playbooks, as well as commission models.

  • Perform win/loss analysis and highlight risks or opportunities for leadership.

  • Support project work such as new lead attribution models, growth forecasting, and sales playbook development.

  • Act as a key partner to Sales & Marketing leadership by surfacing insights that drive better decisions.


Your Profile:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and an ability to translate your findings into clear, actionable insights for a non-analytical audience.

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and curious about basic commercial SaaS metrics (ARR, win rates, etc.).

  • Desire to optimise existing business processes and challenging current ways of working if needed

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Sales/RevOps, Business Analytics, or similar roles

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with Avoma, Aircall, ZoomInfo, and/or other RevOps tools.
